For entertainment, greater San Antonio, has a lot to offer to the visitor, making the stay very enjoyable. SARC is about 20 miles from Sea World and Fiesta theme parks; 30 miles from the historic landmark, “The Alamo”; 35 miles from the Institute of Texan Culture and 20 miles from the Guadalupe River State Park. A boat ride on the famous River Walk around the San Antonio River is only 28 miles away, with all the famous restaurants and souvenir shops. Canyon Lake has unlimited recreational facilities which is just 20 miles away. Tubing down the Guadalupe River which is famous for its pearly white water is less than 30 miles north of SARC.
